In Cubis d.o.o. develops a mobile application for insurance agents, tailored to the specific needs of insurers and sales agents.
CHALLENGE AND MOTIVE
In the atmosphere of general digitalization of business, the basic motivation and goal when designing the application was to ensure the mobility and independence of agents from a fixed workplace. It is of great importance that such a solution has a positive effect on the quality of the sales process and the work done.
Selling is not a job that happens exclusively in the office or at the computer, but quite the opposite. Sales often take place outside, in the field and require constant communication and action.
Therefore, the goal is to ease the work of insurance company agents and provide a new tool, in the form of a mobile application, which will support such a dynamic business and aggregate key information relevant to sales conversation or customer service – anytime, anywhere, in the palm of your hand.
The idea in designing the solution was to make a clear overview of the agent’s own portfolio, have a good and motivating picture of sales results and as much as possible simplify communication with the client, and even open some new opportunities in the sales and after sales process. We can freely say that this is a mobile application with built-in CRM functionalities, with insurance-specific information.

Mobile application for agent portfolio management.
Mobile application adaptable to the needs of the insurance company for which the implementation is performed. To connect to the core insurance system of InCubis d.o.o. it is enough to agree on the scope of functionalities while integration is ensured at the very beginning.
Additional possibility is to connect with other source systems, by proven communication protocols that are defined at the beginning of the project. The localization of the application, ie multilingual support, is also included depending on the wishes of the insurance company or group.

POLICY EXPIRATION LIST
- List of insurance policy that expire
- Proactive portfolio care: Option to notify agents about the expiration of the contract, monitor the dynamics of renewal, filtering data and renewal reports
- Possibility of reallocation of portfolio/policies within the sales team (option only for persons with such powers)
- Classification of policies for renewal: Visual marking / categorization of policies ready for renewal, based on the technical result, claims ratio, collection and similar conditions defined by the insurance company
