Alpha Version of the Incubis 2.0 Insurance System Is Now Available

The alpha version of InCubis 2.0, a newest edition of the Insurance System, has been made available to all In Cubis d.o.o. users and partners, since January 2022. 

The platform is created on top of the existing insurance system, based on the latest technologies and reliable development concepts. The new version of the system will consistently support all insurance processes. Integration on the level of data bases and business logic is guaranteed, alongside an even more advanced front-end, complete access control to certain functionalities and data, Business Intelligence System, and Document Management System. Even though the system is already open to integration, an active effort is being put into the increase of integration quality with external partners and digital ecosystems, due to the background architecture which allows faster development, delivery and testing. 

 

The Organizer as the focus of the InCubis 2.0, Alpha version 

In the InCubis 2.0, Alpha version, the biggest focus is the Organizer, a module for management, organization, and administration of the entire insurance system. 

Due to its possibilities, the Organizer is intended for IT insurance teams, and upgraded in the most vital areas. Those are: user management, work role and business process organization through the assignment of user and data rights, and easier systems’ settings management. 

Apart from new functionalities, a complete visual redesign of the system is also apparent, with an upgraded data browser, and increased UI responsiveness which makes the system easy to use on any device or Internet browser. 

Vast possibilities of the Organizer give great independency to the insurance company when customising their processes, by increasing speed and efficacy. 

IT teams, as InCubis system’s most trained users, get the chance to try it first, test its functionalities, and organization. All are invited to bring forward proposals and suggestions for further improvement. 

The Alpha version will be continuosly upgraded with new functionalities in the upcoming months, about which the insurance partners will regularly be infomed. 

 

What’s next? 

The first step was successful as the InCubis 2.0, Alpha version has been made available in isolated test environments for all key users of the system. 

Further improvements are already in store, and the beginning of each quarter in 2022 brings significant step-ups for our partners: 

  • Q1 – Alpha version of InCubis 2.0 
  • Q2 – Beta version of InCubis 2.0 
  • Q3 – Production version of InCubis 2.0

The ultimate goals is the delivery of the final version of InCubis 2.0 in July 2022.
