New set of functionalities within the InCubis 2.0 system 

After the initial delivery of the alpha version of the InCubis 2.0 information system, a new set of functionalities was delivered to all clients and users of InCubis d.o.o. 

The latest version named alpha-2 focuses on compatibility with the existing InCUBIS system, as well as the technical transformation of selected business functionalities within the system. 

 

Compatibility as a guarantee of transition with a full range of functionalities 

With respect to the broadness and comprehensiveness of the existing information system, the transition to the latest platform is conveyed in a controlled and safe manner. Achieving compatibility with the existing InCUBIS solution plays an important role. 

The main purpose of achieving compatibility is to ensure business continuity in accordance with all existing business rules and processes built into the system, and a safe, gradual transition to the new generation of InCubis 2.0 solutions. 

An important focus in the implementation of compatibility with the existing solutions is ensuring that all business processes and functionalities continue to run smoothly through a unified Internet information system, InCubis 2.0. 

Until the transformation of the system is complete, this approach guarantees the easiest possible transition, without the risk of users being deprived of any of the existing functionalities, at any point. 

 

Continuous transformation of functionalities aligned with the standards of the InCubis 2.0 system 

While achieving compatibility, a complete transformation of the existing work procedures is taking place. It is done in accordance with the visual and technical standards of development of the latest InCubis 2.0 platform. Responsiveness, connectivity, and impeccable user experience are the main vision in the transformation of any work procedure. 

A part of the transformed work procedures was presented to the clients of In Cubis d.o.o. for them to be able to understand the direction the new user experience of the InCubis 2.0 system is going in.   

Compatibility with the existing solution, and the transformation of all work procedures according to the new standards, work in synergy with the goal of launching the latest generation of InCubis 2.0 systems in the production environment as soon as possible. 

We remind you that with these additional deliveries, each quarter of 2022 brings significant, new steps for our business partners: 

  • Q1 – Alpha version of InCubis 2.0 
  • Q2 – Beta version of InCubis 2.0 
  • Q3 – Production version of InCubis 2.0 

  

The original delivery of the alpha version was mostly dedicated to IT departments, but one could see the clear outlines of the latest system from it already. Moreover, after the first version, very constructive proposals were received from members of the insurance companies’ IT teams, that In Cubis d.o.o. took into account or will do so in the upcoming period.
